ER6 vs XJ6 - Midrange Power

Salam Tuan2 Tanah sekelian,

Ikut video di atas, aku rasa speed XJ6 ni mcm lembap jer nak sampai ke 200kmh, berbanding dengan ER6.

Korang ada rasa macam tu ke? Ke aku perasan sorang2 jer..

Rasanya XJ6 ni 600cc jer kot, secondly the powerband dia dah habis kat 7000-7800rpm gitu.
Sesak nafas bebenor nak sampai ke 200kmh. Kesian gak aku tengok.

er6 dah kompom boleh pulas 220kmj.. ini macam senang je lah er6 nak tapau xj6... hehee

Aku rasa XJ6 setting gearing dia macam Versys gitu. Low-end power ok tapi midrange/top a bit out sikit.

Kira macam SOHC vs DOHC la kalau kat kete.

Betul lah tuh.

HP (XJ6:ER6) - 76 : 72
Torque - 6kg : 5kg
berat - 200kg : 180kg

Rasa2nya sesiapa nak exchange to XJ6 from Er6 rasanya mcm tak berbaloi, melainkan XJ6 didatangkan dengan set-up engine R6 (110hp rasanya)

Harga aku dah tanya kedai tadi, katanya probably dalam RM45k OTR. To be confirmed daa..

Rasanya lampy high beam kot

Kalau kat kete, lampu tu namanya "shift light". Kena nak betul2 good gear shifting supaya tak over-rev atau hit red rpm limiter. Tak efisien atau rugi masa terutamanya masa Drag-Race.

Tapi kat sini mcm "high Beam" light jer....ride laju mcm tu sebelah malam + traffic mcm tu. Gila! hehehe

Tapi korang perasan tak pada kedudukan penghujung powerband mid-range ke top range XJ6 ni, rasa macam slow & struggle gila. Low-end power memang bagus lah. Tu yang rev meter laju jer naik ("DOHC advantages over SOHC")

So, eventually 600cc vs 650cc on ER6 yang helps a lot to support 2 pistons ni....in term of topspeed.

No replacement for displacement.

Tapi rasanya dengan proper exhaust + filter setup + power commander, XJ6 A+F mixture kat hujung2 tu masih boleh adjust parallel dengan cam setting motor ni. So, top end power masih boleh diwujudkan, kecualilah kalau ratio 6th gear tu panjang sangat. Yang memang kenal adjust saiz sprocket (Kalau kete Final Drive).

Kalau korang perasan ER6 top-gear torque masih kuat, rasa macam ada lagi satu gear jer, tapi gear awal2 berat macam lori atau mcm rasa hidung tersumbat. Berbeza mcm kalau masa korang rasa sesetengah top-gear kereta, cruising mode or mcm dah tak ada power (kecuali kete turbo). Kira feel macam tuh la.

Untuk XJ6 ni susunan powerbandnya sebaliknya. Tu yang topspeed riding torque rasa macam drive lori tuh..hehehehe. Slow gila nak reach 200kmh.

Kalo ada dyno chart, boleh diceritakan lebih lanjut dan senang.

Tp muto niy 4 in line tau..
nape tak pickup ek..
sbb ejos standard kot..
dan dia 600cc.. manekala er6, 650cc..

bunyi 4inline sodappp....200,220 belakang kire..hehehe...sebab standard gue 140-160 jerk...

ok..sila sambung lagi pasal sparepart ke, ok ke tak pakai side box ke...1 tank bleh jalan sama jauh dgn er6n ke...bla bla bla
